Ladies and gentlemen.
One of our forum members, a colleague@GallAnnonim999 notoriously complaining about problems with interpersonal communication. The advice he receives may bring improvement (if implemented), but I would risk saying that he will never be the life of the party anyway, why?
Well, his tragedy lies in the type of personality that does not change throughout a person's life.
A colleague is probably the introvert-logical type (IXTX), which is the worst case for everyday communication with others, it is a clinical case. Working on himself will allow him to recover from the pathological form of social incompetence, but he cannot count on much more.
At best, it will be like a hen that will take to the air or stay afloat when necessary, but will never fly like an eagle, never swim like a dolphin.
The most charming, charismatic people are representatives of the ENFJ type.
Here are some examples.
Oprah Winfrey - the most famous TV presenter
John Paul II - the pope who kidnapped crowds
Martin Luther King - legendary leader and activist
Joseph Goebbels - an absolute master of propaganda
Look at them, they have this charisma and lightness of communicating with people painted in the face, in the whole body posture, it's classic natural.
What is responsible for this? First of all, extroversion (E) and feeling (F).
Extroversion is openness to external stimuli, while feeling is understanding the moods and emotions of other people.
Then we have intuition (N). This feature makes the person stimulate the imagination, see deeper, more abstract, holistic connections that interest the recipient. J (Judging) is a trait responsible for making judgments, such people express themselves decisively and emphatically, with incredible self-confidence.
