Do you like meat, but are you bored with pork chops, chicken and minced meat?
I have an idea for you for Sunday lunch :)
Roasted rabbit ** step by step:
We need :
1 rabbit, spicy chicken seasoning, 0.3 cups lemon juice, 0.5 cups oil, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons flour,
2 teaspoons of marjoram, a bunch of green parsley, a pinch of black pepper.
Wash and dry the rabbit. Sprinkle with spicy chicken seasoning and set aside for 1 hour.
Mix the oil and lemon juice thoroughly until an emulsion is obtained. Add chopped parsley, marjoram, pepper and
Garlic.
Put the rabbit in a heatproof dish, put in an oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake until golden brown.
Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, pour aromatic sauce over the meat. Bake for about 80 minutes, pouring the sauce over the meat.
When the meat is soft, pull it out,
pour a few tablespoons of the sauce from the dish, mix it with the flour, pour it into the rest of the sauce, bring it to a boil.
Serve the meat, cut into portions, covered with sauce.
It tastes best with potatoes and beetroot :)
