Unfortunately, I have to agree with Buncol ;)
Italian cuisine No. 1 ** ! **
I am a proud Polish woman and I love our country and its traditions and I would not exchange it for any other, but I love Italian cuisine!
For me, Polish cuisine is number 2 ** (forgive me Poland… )
In general, I like to eat and cook, I enjoy it. I'm not one of those who will eat lettuce and carrots…
(I'm not a rabbit after all ;) )
I believe that you do not need to starve yourself to maintain a slim figure. Movement, movement and more traffic!
Why deny yourself the pleasure of eating? Life is too short, let's take as much of it as possible. Enjoy your meal!
Italian cuisine: **
Italian cuisine owes its popularity mainly to the speed and simplicity of cooking.
It is one of the most popular European cuisines.
Italians make a great art of food, which is based on the ease of making a dish and the selection of ingredients, not in sophisticated cooking techniques.
Italians cannot imagine their kitchen without olive oil, tomatoes, pasta, garlic, fish and seafood.
Italian cuisine is extremely diverse and interesting in taste, and each region of this country has its own culinary specialties.
The most famous Italian dishes are: spaghetti, pizza, lasagne, tortellini, risotto.
Italian cuisine is characterized by the use of a large amount of vegetables and spices such as oregano, basil, pepper, tarragon, thyme, rosemary, as well as the use of Parmesan.
The crowning achievement of the dinner in the Italian restaurant are traditional Italian desserts. The most famous is undoubtedly the tiramisu from Tuscany. The panna cotta dessert is also appreciated all over the world.
Buon Appetito! **
Polish cuisine: **
Polish cuisine is relatively heavy.
It is characterized by a large number of flour dishes and a number of different types of soups, rarely found in other culinary traditions. Poles like well-seasoned, sour or salty dishes.
Polish dishes that are worth recommending to foreigners:
bigos dumplings tripe sour rye soup red borscht with dumplings pork chop with potatoes and cabbage broth bread with lard black pudding, sausage, brawn
I would add some regional dishes, e.g. from Podhale - kwaśnica, oscypek and something to drink (slivovitz)
yummy :)
